We have a great opportunity as Customer Support for our premium client.

Candidate should have own system with below specifications:

  • System: Core i3 7th Gen or above, 8GB RAM
  • Camera: Mandatory
  • Internet Speed: Minimum 50 Mbps
  • Headset: Compatible USB headset with noise cancellation
  • Invertor / UPS: Mandatory

Job Description:

  •  Role – Customer Support Associate
  • Work Mode: Work From Home
  • Blended
  • Solving technical queries.
  • Work Schedule: 6 days of night shift with 1 rotational week off.
  • Casual leaves will not be granted during the first three months.
  • Excellent communication skills are mandatory.
  • Should have typing speed of 30 wpm with 90% accuracy.
  • Salary: 16k inhand & 20k CTC
  • Date of Joining – 9th Jan 2026

Preferred Candidates:

  • Should have excellent English & Hindi communication, spoken, reading and writing
  • Preferred candidates from ICSE , CBSE board, Ba, Bba, Bbm etc.
  • Freshers can also apply. Experienced candidates must have minimum 6 months work experience with proper documents to validate the same.
