Tech Mahindra is hiring for a premium Voice process
This is a completely voice process, suitable for candidates with decent communication skills and solid BPO experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Handling customer queries through calls only
Responding to customer concerns professionally and accurately
Maintaining voice quality, TAT, and compliance standards
Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through effective verbal communication

Eligibility Criteria:

Any undergraduate/ Graduate (12th pass mandatory)
Freshers and experienced both eligible
Good command over verbal English
Willing to work in rotational week-offs
Ready for work-from-office setup

2 Rotational Week-offs
