- Helping the customers solve their queries over calls.
- Providing proper solutions and ensuring utmost customer satisfaction.
- Provide technical support to the customers.
- Identifying and fixing issues with software, hardware, networks, or systems
- Addressing customer concerns, complaints, and inquiries in a professional and compassionate manner
- Preferred candidate profile: immediate joiners Salient Features: Day Rotational: Between 8 AM and 10 PM (For Female till 8 PM)6 working days working and 1 day rotational off.
