Role & responsibilities

Answering queries, handling complaints, and managing returns with empathy and efficiency.
Reviewing and updating customer accounts, records, and databases.
Troubleshooting issues and, if necessary, escalating complex problems to supervisors.
Documenting interactions, tracking customer satisfaction, and following up to ensure resolution.
