Customer Support Executive (Hamilton Voice L-4)
Hiring Type: Work From Office

Role & Responsibilities

Handle customer queries for the Hamilton Voice Level 4 process
Resolve customer issues professionally with empathy and accuracy
Manage customer interactions effectively across different scenarios
Ensure high-quality customer experience as per process guidelines

Salary

14,400 to 17,000 CTC per month

Shift & Working Details

24/7 Rotational Shifts
6 Days Working
1 Rotational Week Off
9 Hours Shift
