- ShareChat (Mohalla Tech Pvt Ltd) is Indias largest homegrown social media company and the only local player to achieve profitability in the industry, with 200+ million Monthly Monetizable Users across all its platforms.

What You’ll Do?
- Own and resolve user grievances via the Intercom tool, ensuring SLA adherence and TAT compliance
- Actively monitor and respond to priority alerts and checks, resolving them within defined TAT as per SOPs
- Demonstrate ability to meet or exceed SLAs, TAT, CSAT, and productivity KPIs
- Deliver accurate, policy-aligned resolutions to maintain quality benchmarks and minimise escalations by keeping a solution-oriented approach
- Document all customer interactions clearly and accurately in Intercom or CRM tools
- Escalate critical issues appropriately while retaining ownership until final resolution
Who You Are?
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal, reading, and writing) with the ability to tailor responses based on grievance severity
- Proven experience in chat/email-based customer support with strong ticket management skills, working knowledge of Intercom or any ticketing tools and Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
- Skilled at multitasking, prioritising high-severity tickets, and managing time effectively
- Comfortable working rotational shifts(including night shifts) with changing weekly offs based on business needs.
