Handle inbound voice calls from Flipkart (FK) customers
Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries professionally
Communicate fluently in Hindi and English (spoken & comprehension)
Maintain quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction standards

Eligibility Criteria

Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi
Graduate / Fresher / Experienced candidates can apply
Experienced candidates must have minimum 6 monthsdocumented experience in:
BPO / Customer Service / Sales / Marketing / Hospitality / Aviation / Counseling
Male & Female candidates eligible
6 days working with 1 rotational week off
Immediate joiners preferred
Paid training (certification mandatory post training)
